What you’ll do

Job Description / Capsule

  • In collaboration with marketers, develop and implement digital marketing strategy for all key brands of BBU;

  • Responsible to support the Business Units with digital marketing expertise in their digital activities in operational plans;

Typical Accountabilities

  • In collaboration with marketers, develop and implement digital strategy for all key brands.

  • Set up digital OKRs align with business goals

  • Drive BU centralized Omnichannel implementation & tracking

  • Leverage data and insights to enhance overall campaign performance and improve future digital marketing efforts.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Act as an omnichannel capability builder to generate and share best practices across BU, navigate and accelerate the uptake of omnichannel capabilities, tools, and processes.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Experience in leading Digital marketing campaigns and content management.

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and metrics tracking to support decision-making.

  • Confident in communicating in English (spoken & written) environment.

Desirable

  • Analyzes and deconstructs problems into their constituents. Sees the bigger picture and prioritizes the right issues. Works well with complex issues and solves complicated problems

  • Remains motivated and effective in spite of setbacks and disappointments. Works until the project is complete and a result has been achieved

  • Works well with other people. Relates to them in an attentive and adroit way. Listens, communicates and resolves conflicts constructively
